When some people hear “food pairing” they think of fine wines and cheeses. Well, at ChicagoEatsTV.com we think of great beers and fried foods. So the chefs at Cans Bar and Canteen in Bucktown put together a mouth watering 3-course beer pairing for us showcasing the greatest invention since instant replay, Canned Beer. What do you get when you take one part tradition, one part avant-garde, one part pure insanity and one part this guy? The Answer: fRedhots and Fries in Glenview. Fred and Sharon Markoff have been running this place for over three years and there mixture of old skool hospitality and good food fast have made this joint a North Shore hot spot.
